Artifact effects, acquisition routes and same-weapon set requirements.
Open Bag → Artifact, select an artifact, choose Assign, and click the target weapon. Damage Relic Set requires Swift Feather, Flame Heart, Life Gem, and Star Shard on the same weapon, with every piece eligible. The Secret Ice combination requires Absolute Heart, Frost Eye, Frozen Hourglass, and Hoarfrost Fortune together on an Ice weapon and adds 6.5 percentage points to each artifact’s effect.

Absolute Heart comes from Artifact Fusion. Halo Eye is a possible result of Random Secret Artifact fusion; that recipe produces a random Secret artifact, so it does not guarantee Halo Eye. See artifact fusion recipes for the materials and fusion steps.
For set activation, follow the Damage Relic Set requirements or the four-piece Secret Ice requirements.
You need to own both the artifact and the weapon receiving it.
For a Lightning Spear setup, select Swift Feather, choose Assign, then click Lightning Spear. Swift Feather provides Damage +2% at Level 1.
You can also open Artifacts at the bottom of a weapon’s details. This opens Select the artifacts, with Confirm and Cancel controls. If it says No artifacts yet, that selection screen has no artifacts available.
Your first artifact assignment completes the Relic Keeper quest requirement. Continue with the Relic Keeper title unlock steps to unlock the title.
Assign Swift Feather, Flame Heart, Life Gem, and Star Shard to the same weapon. Every artifact must meet the set’s eligibility requirements; simply owning the four pieces or splitting them between weapons does not fulfill the same-weapon condition.
The four-piece bonus is labeled “Family: +3.75% per artifact.” Keep this separate from Swift Feather’s individual Damage bonus when comparing effects.
If you only have Swift Feather, use its individual effect while collecting the remaining members. For combinations with weapons, armor, and pets, see the build guide.
Equip these four different Secret Ice artifacts together on one Ice weapon:
| Artifact | Effect type |
|---|---|
| Absolute Heart | Damage |
| Frost Eye | Critical Chance |
| Frozen Hourglass | Cooldown |
| Hoarfrost Fortune | Drop Rate |
The complete eligible combination adds 6.5 percentage points to each artifact’s effect. Four copies of one member do not replace the four different artifacts.
The weapon’s element must be exactly Ice. Light and Lightning do not qualify, including for Absolute Heart’s individual Ice-only effect. Check the weapon’s Element field before assigning the combination; the weapon directory also lists weapon elements.
At Level 1, Absolute Heart gives an eligible Ice weapon Damage +7%. With the complete combination, its Damage bonus becomes 13.5%: 7% + 6.5 percentage points. That figure is Absolute Heart’s artifact bonus, rather than the total damage bonus of an entire build.
